Jaundice, alt sgpt is 2020.9 in lft
4 yr old girl diagnosed with jaundice . CBC report is normal. Billurubin ( total 1.54 , direct 0.80 indirect 0.70 ) indicates jaundice. Jaundice medications is started since 5 days with one 10 % sline daily . Alt sgpt value in blood report is 2020.90 . Should we do blood test for hepatitis or other liver related problems. She doesn't eat anything, sometimes vomit and was having fever for 4 days . She gets mild fever when on sline. Please advise

Need to test for viral hepatitis, PT INR, USG ABDOMEN. Patient should be admitted and evaluated.
