Jaundice with ankle swell, muscle pain.

Hi Team, I have my mother in law aged 53 who was diagnosed with Jaundice with 2.1 of total bilrubin ,ALT and AST around 500 ( non alcoholic). She has history of hyptyrodism 25 mg, takes eco spirin AV 75, in mid of may diagnosed with jaundice upon following strict diet and giving them udiliv 300 reheptin and forte tablets it was managed and reduced but when tablets were stopped after 2 months it did re occur. Currently ankle swell, lower legs below waist are paining (muscle pain) and yellowish of eyes are being observed with lft values as mentioned above. Recently contacted physician and they reviewed all the reports and suspected as Autoimmune Hepatitis and gave LKM ANTIBODY AND MITOCHONDRIAL ANTIBODY blood tests, reports are yet to come, but she is going through lot of muscle pain and she can't sit and stand due t this pain, is there any remedies for this current please let us know Thanks
