My 7 months old son is suffering from lactose intolerance. No issues during first 6 months we gave him Nan pro, Aptamil gold without issues... Now he is on Isomil n Aptamil gold is causing loose motions and redness. Any permanent solution? Please prescribe..

My father 62 years age on treatment last night unconscious addmited in hospital from months having conspipation last night loose stool vomit deyhrdation on admit hospital no history of red stool etc or anything stomach pain all usg were normal cbc lft rft cholesterol performed few months before we're normal htn and sugar cholesterol on medication normal. Have constpation for eating outside working since few months and due to heat dehyrated they are suggesting to colonoscopy and endoscopy it ok to perfome? Or should I do opd basis

Does the stool look thin or normal? Usually I have this kind of stool and in segments rather than having long stool.

I have been having burning sensation in stomach and upper back which doesn't let me sleep. Along with I have had on and off stomach cramps and motions 4-5 times a day. No dark or blood stool as of now. I have had CBC on 10th June in which Hgb 13.4 and platelets count 233 and on 16th June the Hgb reduces to 12.2 and 176 ( though tests were done in 2 different labs). I have had bouts of breathlessness when I'm lying down but my oxygen level is 98-99. Am I having peptic ulcer which is bleeding ?

Hi, my gall bladder was removed 3 years back, my SGOT-87 AND SGPT-158, please suggest what to do. Previous year also i was having increase in SGOT/SGPT. But later post medication it recovers.
