My mother (55 years) had her gallbladder removed exactly one month ago due to stones . She had one episode of vomitting two weeks back when she had chips and also had one episode of vomitting yesterday . Other than this she is not having any digestive issue. Is its normal after surgery ?

Hi Doctor, I went under a sonography test for gasteric issues but while doing the sonography my reports showed " well defined anechoic cystic lesion (5.8×5.5x5.7 cm) Volume 98 cc with wall septations seen in spleen. What does this indicates? Is it serious? My blood report shows Neutrophlis shows toxic granules. Neutrophilis level is 45. What does this means. Attaching few reports.

I was facing constipation problem earlier  back ago now i am having soft stools still while passing stool sometimes like twice or thrice in 15 days i feel something friction i am having fissure problem though but 4-5 days no pain but sometimes it occurs like friction pain but stool seems normal no Hard or no constipated stool still facing friction i am not getting what should I do i eat fiber oriented diet also drink water 3 litres do exercise but unable to figure out actual cause. Even use lots of ointment and laxatives too can anyone help to figure out this problem?
