I am suffering from Bloating & gas problem, headache & heaviness in head. Please suggest some medication.

Gud evening Doctors I  havw had rectal bleeding for 3 days date 5 March  the  blood come with stool with little pain in anus which was long-lasting apprx 4 to 5 hrs...The color of blood was bright red n surface on stool..this never happened before..ItS been  week right now till 3 JULY didn't happened again..IS anything serious??

Two months before, I had endoscopy and the report output was mild gastritis.i have taken acid blocker for one month.My problem was that morning time, my empty stomach used to pain and whole day I was not able to concentrate in my work.I was also not having quality sleep.Now after two months, my condition has improved little but my lega often pain and have low energy and low concentration. I am IT professional, can you please suggest me forward?

Hi suffered from acidity and diarrhea from 2021 end to 2022 and doctor did colonoscopy in 2022 Feb and told activ colitis in entire intestine caused by infection. Now last one and half am getting same symptoms Met the doc last weekand doc gave medicines like rifagut albendazole and vsl3. But I have got diarrhea. Will doctor do colonoscopy within 18 months

I am suffering from antral gastric last six years and I loss 6 to 7 kg weight... I go for doctors and done endoscopy also there is mild antral gastric shown... Doctors prescribed me medicine of two months ...not such improvement in my health...I did not gaining my weight also... My main problem is when I laid down to sleep.

I am not feeling weel since 15 days i feel nausea and bloating after eating any food Except clean diet like fruits and vege & boil eggs, after eating pain for 1 minute in middle belly and burning in food pipe if i lay down after eating i had take 4 days treatment for food poisoning (anibiotic course) but nothing improve. and now i am taking pantop d 40 in the morning only

I am getting yellow bile daily which of very bitter taste while brushing could you provide a reason for it

After laser fistulectomy surgery it has been 27 days . Is it safe to have watery stools usually i have bowl movements two times a day is it normal.
