Hai am 32 year old male , am having stomach burn sometimes and burping. not all the time , but some times it comes and goes , did blood test and stool test , am attaching my test result Do i need any medication ?

Hi, I am having stomach ache from last one week. Motion is ok. No nausea. Just stomach ache after every meal. Also feel tightness in stomach. I live alone so tend to eat outside food too often. Should I get an ultrasound done? As this is happening quite often now. Pls suggest. Thanks.

Is regular stool test able to diagnose all pathogens be it fungus, bacterium or virus? If so, why are there separate stool tests available for different pathogens? Is it like regular stool test isn't as effective?

I have breathing difficulties due to gerd amd there is a slight pain in betwwen chest and stomach, doctor has given me 1.) mucein gel-4 times 15 days 2.) tab rablet d for 10 days ,will this be ok i have laso had antibiotics in the past. is this due to ulcer , should i go for usg abdomen or wait till the medicine o course can the combination of this 2 medicines relief ulcers ,please guide
