Doctor, does milk tea worsen gastritis problem? Or can I take it once in a day after food. Is milk good for gastritis problem?

Hi Doctor, Since 2 days I am not able to release the stool. When I try to go for washroom not able to release it. Taken Creamfin syrup today at 6PM but no use, can I take the dulcoflex tablet by 10PM will be that ok? Or it is harmful to take it on same day. Please suggest anything where I can make my stool easier to release and empty my stomach, Please help.
