Hi ! Last year I was done colonoscopy and the finding was pan colitis. Was on medication for a week and was ok. On and off I used to get some issues if I eat out. One month back due to travel had to eat out and some symptoms like painful pooping started. Am in medication and doc advised to stop eating spicy food. I am facing flatulence and getting pricking pain in lower abdomen for 2-3 minutes which can't be bearable and after farting it is going away. I get this pain 2-3 time a week for last 2 months

I took iron tests and had a little deficiency which also caused hairfall and low energy so my doctor suggested me 2 supplements lyQLife and keraglo eva daily once a day and also folli hair so I took this for a week and faced severe constipation bloating acidity and I stopped taking it and yet my digestion is not in place, aftet eating anything I get a mild stomach ache as well Internet shows its ibs but before these supplements my digestion was normal What to do next

I am suffering with extreme pain in the abdomen region around pancreas. I have consulted a general physician, he suggested me test for serum amylase which came out around 179. He suggested me moxykind cv625 but the infection has increased over some days. He did the blood test again and the value for serum amylase has increased to 285.  This medicine is not that much effective. Which antibiotic is effective in this case?
