10 months ago my TSH was 3.5 hence I started consuming thyronorm 50 mcg now my TSH is 3.08 and I am continuing to consume thyronorm 50 mcg. Is this thyronorm dosage high enough to cause rise in my liver enzyme levels

Sir my sgpt level is 60 around billubrin and alkine also high , triglycerides 228 total cholesterol is ok , sometime my bp high and blur vision , headache , not feeling hungry If I eat any outside food feeling not well I did full body checkup , everything is ok except triglycerides and liver I'm attaching liver and lipid profile report  Is there any serious problem

I have pain near my anus but I'm not sure about the exact location. When i sneeze, cough, sit, pee, poop if feel a bit of pain. What could be the reason?

From few days I have been feeling burning and itching sensation in the anus. Previously it was more especially just after pooping. I have been applying Oxerute Cream from 4 days, now it's reduced after I poop. But now when I walk it is there. It feels like from inside the burning or itching sensation comes. It subsides when I lay down or sit. It is not unbearable but very uncomfortable. Please advice. My work involves a lot of walking, if I cannot do it, then it'll be a huge loss for me.

After eating something spicy often I burp a lot and with Burping I have a  very mild  burning sensation  though it's not like heartburn but it comes with the burp ,but as soon as I lie down everything stops the burping goes away. And everything becomes normal , can anyone suggest why this is happening .
