Is CBC test necessary for them if someone has worms ? If yes CBC test is important for people who have worms So why ?

I am using Razo L for gastritis as suggested by doctor. I am recently diagnosed with B12 deficiency. Doctor prescribed me Mecofol OD. Can I use Renerve Plus tablet along with Razo L tablet for 2 months instead of Mecofol OD? Also can Renerve Plus be used along with Lactulose occassionally?

Hi, today I passed stool with blood, I had lil constipation also slight vomiting symptoms yesterday ate at outside. Two days before I had burning sensation in stomach and felt like hungry all time. Took pan 40. What will be the reason for bloody stool, the ammont of blood looks like little high .. After taking breakfast again I poop but that looks normal.. Kindly suggest.

Hi doctor , I am suffering from lax les prolapse which mentioned in endoscopy report , i am unable to eat whenever I start eat i feel like vomiting and I continue to eat I feel a pain in upper abdomen for few seconds and in the morning when i woke up a severe burning sensation in the upper abdomen and I am facing back pain and I feel always tired . I am facing issues like stomach pain acid reflux not be able to pass gas properly . All my blood reports are normal including LFT cholesterol kidney test etc . USG abdomen shows enlarged fatty liver 1
