  4. Bleeding in stool. Serious in the colon?

Bleeding in stool
When I have constipation, I pass hard stools with burning sensation in the anus . It feels like the area has got several cuts and there are streaks of red blood in the stool. A very small lump also comes out. What is it ? Is it something serious in the colon ?
