I am a 38Y old man, recently I have checked Lever Screening and found SGOT 60, SGPT 89 u/l Is this very serious? What should I do for this. I am a non alcoholic person.

Hello, I have a history of Fatty liver disease. My recent LFT shows direct bilirubin 0.33. Normal should be less than 0.3.   8 months earlier too it was elevated 0.32. Rest of LFT parameters are normal only this is elevated. Please guide. I also suffer from indigestion problems intermittently.

Hii doctor,I had low digestion of leafy vegs,fats.(pls tell reason) I feel sometimes bloated and pain in stomach. I am Having acidity heartburn and cough in throat all time for long time. I m habitual of this. Am taking treatment for H pylori and gastroduodenitis for past 25 days 1st 7 days it's give relief but after that stomach pain is mild but not curing and taking pylokit (cipla) Tinidazole + Clarithromycin + Lansoprazole with probiotics capsule. Now my doctor advised me to continue with metronidazole +omeprazole +amoxicillin Need advice.
