Post op of  gallbladder developed bile leak  there is Laparoscopic drainage of right sub diaphragmatic collection and Drain placement from last 1 month please let me know what to do next to stop bile leak as pateint is with drainage tube unable to visit any clinics.

I have been experiencing hyperacidity and heartburn for very long time on and off...No cardiac issues.  I have been also taking this medicines ( pan dsr & mucaine gel ) for 1 week continuously and also used it before on /off.. After eating food, acidity increases within 2 hrs .. constipation also persist for usually 2-3 days. After taking mucaine gel there is relief in acidity . What could be the possible diagnosis? What should I do?

I am 36 year female ...i have ulcerative colities I am using OMNACORTIL 20 MG.BECAUSE DOCTOR PRESCRIBED IT. BUT I HEARD THAT IT IS NOT SAFE FOR FIR LONG TERM USE.THEN PLEASE TELL ME HOW MANY DAYS I EAT THIS TABLET. I heart that Saaj tablet is better than it.

I have suffering from 24years in acidity , gastricis,and constipation problem.I was going to a doctor year by year and take a treatment but no results were found.then I was going to AIG hospital (Gachibowli)in Hyderabad one year ago. I also take the treatment from there, the Dr Sujat Asif treat me.At first he gives some medical test like as blood test , endoscopy,urea breath test , hydrogen breath test,and also USG. Actual problem are founded  by the report like as fatty liver grade 2 and gastricis problem. The doctor give me the medicine like as Nusum-400,Mebiz SR, Absulout 3G,Sucral O etc .I take these medicines for few months.the Nusum-400 is very costly , I need alternative for this tablet if possible.when I stopped to take these medicines the problem again start .Ineed help from you plz.

I recently tested USG abdomen . Findings shows hepatomegaly with mild fatty liver and my spleen size was 8 months ago 87mm noe it is 98.6mm. and excess bowls gas . No symptoms what is the possible cause of it ? Why spleen size increase 1cm??

Hy I just ate plastic pieces  as I was grinding banana shake I added Ice which broke the inner some lining of juicer. About 6  hours ago . The plastic pieces were small around 3-4 mm or less. There is no symptoms for now. But I am really worried. Please guide till when I should be worried about symptoms and till when it will be pass in stool. I really need your help m shivering from tension.

I drank plastic piece with juice the pieces were very small like 1-2 mm or less it's been more than 2hr and no symptoms . For how many days i should be worried about symptoms and in how many days it would come out in stool. Please help

Hi My LFT Results are : Total Billirubin:1.00mg/dl Direct :0.34mg/dl Indirect:0.66mg/dl SGOT(AST) :24u/l SGPT(ALT) :22.6u/l Alkaline:84u/l Gamma gultamyl:132u/l(yes I consume alcohol) Total protein:6.55g/dl S Albumin:3.91g/dl S globulin:2.6g/dl Ag Ratio: 1.5 HBSAG : Negative HcV rapid ; Negative Only my gamma gt is high is it anything serious, my urine is light yellow and my eyes are light yellow, Ultra sound says : liver is in normal size My hemoglobin is 18.3, do I have any liver problem? Please suggest
