I am having these recurrent bowel issues with lower abdominal cramps,spasms and inability to pass bowels in spite of the urge. I have had IBS all my life. Is this fecal impaction. The stools I have in these episodes are mostly watery with mucus and undigested foods. I have also started with natural fibers and fibre supplements, but nothing seems to help.

I am suffering from antral gastric from last few years... doctors prescribed two months medicine...but not much improvement I do endoscopy also the report is antral gastric..I lost 5 -6 kg in few years. What can I do

Hi doctor good morning my husband past 20 days he is complaining mild upper stomach pain and bloating if he eat little he is telling my stomach is filled and uncomfortable pls am worrying if I search in google it shows cancer pls help me

I have been diagnosed with a mild fatty liver. The initial symptom is pain which starts in the upper-right abdomen and moves to the surrounding area. After USG, the fatty change was detected. Currently, I am in treatment with Obeticholic Acid (5 mg / day dose), Tiemonium Methylsulphate (thrice a day) and Domperidone (thrice a day). The pain has reduced a bit I think, but it has not resolved fully. How long it can take for the pain to ease completely?

Does H pylori increase acid secretion? I have done endoscopy, and it says H pylori positive and Antral gastritis. I am having continuous acid reflux. I can read articles that says h pylori causes ulcers. But it doesn't say whether it increases acid secretion. Can anyone confirm whether h pylori infection increases acid secretion?  Does it cause hyper acidity?

What are the symptoms in ibs . Is stomach pain or cramps common . What is symptoms difference in ibs and ids.

I have constipation since 15 yrs. I got sigmoidoscopy done 10yrs back and it was normal.If I walk and exercise I pass stools once in 4 days. For the past few days I have no walking or excersie at all due to office work. So I'm taking  2tsp  chia seeds water with lemon and honey twice a day. First time in so many yrs  I passed motion for two consecutive days without starin or any problem. The texture of the stools was rubbery with the shape of large intestines. It was continuous long stools but NOT THIN like ribbons. Rubbery non breaking texture.jus continuously long like the size of my palm. I also have pain on my upper right side abdomen and lot of gases. Should I be happy to pass motions without laxatives or worried

I was previously taking medicines like zerodal and kenacort in the week of 13-07 .after a a week those medicines were stopped and I had to take orofer xt due to some reason and black stool has not stopped during this whole time. I do have digestive issues too. Gastroenterologist has suggested that ulcer might have happen. Is this just due to the medicines or chances of ulcers remain? Should I do a stool test or go for a endoscopy test?

Hi I'm a 28 year old unmarried girl. Have been facing sore throat issues since many days. Consulted an ent, he said this is due to acid reflux. I have been burping issues and gas is in my throat. Every time I burp, I could feel it in my throat and ears..now throat is sore.. don't know which doc to consult - gastro or ent specialist? Mucus is not going since many days. Please suggest.. thanks
