Am feeling of gastric problem in the middle of the chest. how to get fast relief from it. am getting pain in left side of the chest part. pls give me some medicine for relief

My father is 73 years old. He feels the urge to poop but is unable to. He feels it is stuck. A few weeks back he had constipation and he was prescribed Cremaffin syrup for it. Even that doesn't seem to help right now. He has been taking medicines for other conditions as prescribed by his diabetologist, neurologist and urologist. I'm not sure if this poop difficulty is a side effect of those medications. But I would like some help on how to remedy it. I've tried adding more fibre to his diet but see no improvement.

I have suffered with IBS (only mucus in motion,no blood) few years back and I went through treatment and reduced at that time. from last 2 years random(quarterly once) bleeding noticed and sometimes mucus also in motion. in family history some of us having piles issue,in my case not confirmed piles. I don't have pain while bleeding No itching no swelling No weight loss No conspitation No allergies No abodmen pain Yesterday bleeding 3 times in a row after motion, is it a due to piles or any chance of colon cancer, I'm really worried about it please suggest me what to do.

I have done Lipid profile and LFT test 2 times consecutively with in 7 months duration please suggest what to do,  Reports attached. (Non diabetic, non alcoholic, non smoker)

Hi doctor, am feeling  uncomfortable in the middle of the chest. is it a gas problem. slight ly pain left side. i have taken rantac. i gave some relaxation and not completely. can you please suggest how to get relax from it.

My bilurubin is 5.7 at 29 april I consulted doctor its already 9 days now I feel hungry and my motion is also normal and yellowish eyes and urine in the morning doesn't change what should I do now doctor

Hi, My mother is suffering from hyper acidity rught now. Her symptoms include throat ache, ulcers in lips, heartburn, difficulty bteathing, stiffness.

Past 1 week I am suffering from sudden constipation. Before that i had brinjal and and took  supradyn (1 tab/24hrs) for a week. (Now stopped completely). Since then, I am suffering from severe constipation. Initially I had very mild nausea after eating ( now resolved) , bloating upper abdomen( now reduced). But severe constipation is there. Had small stools. If I could describe Type 5 stool on bristol stool chart scale. But past 1/2 days, I am suffering from dirrahea type stool with solid feces. And even thereafter feeling that bowel is not fully evacuated. Once I even spotted a tiny fresh blood spot in stool but it was once only. And consistency and texture of stool looks normal brownish yellow color. Mild bloating is there but gas is passing normally (no foul smell and healthy burping) . Showed up to GP, was prescribed Laxichem and Rantac but still no resolution. Although normal appetite, taking high fibre diet, exercise but still problem persist.

Hi , My ultrasound report for liver is showing mildly enlarged 15.6 cm and shows moderately increased echogenity . My lft is normal. Please suggest some medications for this.
