I am a 31 year old male with digestive issues lasting 5-6 years. Over the past 1.5 years, I have been experiencing frequent burping throughout the day, especially after eating, drinking water, or even on an empty stomach. The burping happens during various activities like badminton, walking, running, & even at work. Despite consulting multiple doctors & undergoing tests like Abdomen Ultrasound, CT Scan, & Upper GI endoscopy, all reports came back normal. Medications like Pantocid IT, Rantac D, & Colonise Forte capsule haven't helped. Occasional heartburn adds to my discomfort. I also face difficulty clearing my bowels in the morning & need to visit the toilet two or three times. These issues have negatively impacted my daily life, concentration, & caused feelings of depression. Additionally, I used to smoke for ten years but quit six months ago. Consuming beer on weekends now leads to stomach upset the following day. I am deeply concerned & seeking advice and a solution for this.

Sir i am digonosed with fatty liver grade 2 and mild liver enlarged in ultrasound.. And my fibro scan result was stifness 8.5 and uap 309..doctor prescribe me eticolic 10 .. Adonitionine tablet 400 and ursodoux.. After taking dis medicine for 2 month my fibro scan result is stifness 5 uap 257 and i still taking those medicine till now.. I have check up on 15 august... Sir i want to ask that  only fibro scan result is ok for fatty liver.. And liver enlarge Should I go to test for ultrasound... My liver function test is normal..

1. I have externo-Internal piles and severe constipation 2. Initially I get type1 stool or hard lumps then I get soft stools 3. I tried many laxatives but they couldn't stop my initial Hard lumps. 4. pegalup was working before but now its not working. Can I take it twice a day (25ml in morning and 25ml at night) ? 5. I consulted 4 doctors, 1 doctor said I have enlarged rectum which makes stool to wait for longer time at rectum causing stool dry and hard. 6. Doctor said I need to go for surgery but if I go for surgery does my rectum issue gets resolved? 7. If I get hard lumps even after surgery then I can't bear that pain at anus. 8. Should I take any scan to confirm my rectum issue? 9. Can I go for surgery or need to fix my rectum problem? 10. I do follow strict diet with 3-4 liters water intake, fiber rich foods and excercise daily. 11. Please advise why I am getting constipated even after taking laxatives and good amount of fiber and water? 12. I have sphincter muscle stiffness also.

Hello Doctors. I am 33 years male weight 79.I am suffering from gas and bloating symptoms since a long time. After taking food in next 40-45 mins I feel gassy symptoms and heavy belly and within 1-2 hours of food I feel like going latrine. And continuous fart happens. I have tried Nexpro L tablets but didn't got any results. Pls help me out with good medicine

Hi, 2 days back, I felt my stool was very tight and it felt pain while defecation. Next days it was worse, so visited a physician , he gave: Pilex : 2 tabs , 2 times Abhayarisht syrup: 2 times After taking above for one day, stool become bit loose but there is pain still while defecation and walking. Can I take ORS etc to help hydration? Any other dietary points.. Please help.

Dear Sir, Recently in july beginning i have done Usg of my abdomen. It is saying  Fatty Liver.(no grade). My  Sgot is 42 and sgpt is 84. Total Bilirubin is 0.6 Hb1Ac is 4.5 Triglyceride is 347 Tsh is 5.9 I have mild pain at certain times in the upper right abdomen under ribs. Also i have itching of whole body specially legs and it increases after having shower. Sometimes i can see some parallel  lines popping out of skin. Please suggest. Is it worrisome. Thanks. From last night I have been suffering from stomach pain in between and loose motion. Today morning I was feeling dizzy kind of and as if I will vomit when i woke up, and also from yesterday i am not feeling hungry just lazy.
