Sir myself sumit Stephan kindo age 27 suffering gastric stomach cramping since morning dizziness sometimes... can u guide with this issue

I'm attaching this recent USG. My mother is suffering form severe abdominal pain from past 5 days. Can you guide me what should i do? What medication should i give to her?

I had a dull pain in my upper abdomen while and after doing some activities from almost 1 month ago. I started to take medicine 3 weeks ago. After taking Tiemonium Methylsulphate, Domperidone & Esomeprazole for 7-8 days, the pain was mostly relieved. I then only feel pain when I lie down. This pain has also relieved mostly now and as of now, there is very little pain which is remaining till now. Is there any need for me to do an endoscopy? Kindly suggest.

If husband or wife one of them have a cute hepatitis B . So is it important to get hepatitis B vaccine one of them which have no hepatitis B yet ? I mean if husband has a cute hepatitis B . is hepatitis B  vaccine important for wife ? Or if wife has a cute  hepatitis B . is hepatitis B vaccine important for husband ?

Hi doc, 2 weeks back I had diarrhea around 14 times consulted doc, received antibiotics. Diarrhea is stopped after medication , but one week later I m having pain in my left side stomach . Done usg abdomen , report shows normal. Now I m facing stomach pain in left side after eating anything and also feels like going to bathroom. Can you suggest please.

I am noticing increase in belly size since last two weeks with breathlessness while walking and sometimes at rest also. I am taking Thyronorm 62.5 and Concor 5 ( since one month ). An Ultrasound of abdomen taken 6 months back mentions moderate fatty infiltration of liver. Does this cause enlargement of belly.

I have gall stones and sludge in my gall bladder (23mm, 12 and 11mm stones plus sludge) because of which it will be removed next week. I am very concerned about long term digestive changes that can come because of the surgery - especially because I have zero digestive issues at present . Neither do I have any symptoms. I fear that I will not be able to eat normally with occasional (once in a fortnight) high fat food like pizza or mutton or biriyani, etc... Please suggest what to expect in the long term after the surgery - after 6-7 months...I am 35yrs old woman.

My mother (55) suffers from constipation and often passes dark brownish stools. Once she was so constipated that a lot of blood came out with stool and she felt a muscle slipped out of her anus. A few months ago she suffered from pneumonia and her hemoglobin level was quite low, she started taking iron pills which made her constipation worse. Now she is off iron pills and last time we checked her hemoglobin was 10.20(still low). Recently she noticed a pinch of dry blood stain on her underwear, we are assuming its rectal bleeding. I am scared. I am tensed if it is something bad. What should we do now?
