Small fat containing umbilical hernia
Hi, had and mri pelvis to diagnose some lesion or cyst in ovary but was also reported as - note is made of divarication of rectum and small fat containing umblical hernia. I had cs almost 11 and 1/2 months back . Actually I'm curious and wanted to know if this can be completely cured with exercise . And to what extent this is a problem . Please guide also can I Carry weight and do al exercises and what kind of exercises I can do and what I cannot. Please tell me that it can be cured without surgery completely
