Hi,
I have a Gallstone of size 5mm, which results in uneasiness and irregular pain in left and right upper abdomen.
-Is it normal to feel hungry quite often in this situation?
- Do I need to operate the gallstone at the earliest. If not than, will it have any serious consequences in nearer future?
-Is intake of soaked dryfruits like almonds, walnuts and resins in the morning good for my health?
-What other food items can be added in my diet as source of protein? Additional to protein, what other nutrition source can be the part of my diet?
