I have 4 to 5 gallstones, largest 12 mm ,9mm,8mm ...should I opt for operation ( gall bladder) removal ,will it cause problems in future. If I will not go for operation, what will happen ?

You should opt for laparoscopic removal of gallbladder…. This is the only solution for your problem, no other choice is available! And if you not go for operation then there wil be pain infection (cholecystitis) and long-standing stones may cause gallbladder cancer
