I have 4 to 5 gallstones,
Largest one is 12mm ,9.8mm,8mm ...Hida scan 95% , Should I take Actibile 300 , will it dissolve gallstones or should I go for gallbladder removal operation? Is gallstones cause frequent urination and UTI ?

gallbladder stone doesn’t get dissolved on any medications if your gallbladder has started to form stone it indicates that the contraction of the gallbladder is not proper and the organ is getting weak as long as the stone is inside the gallbladder serious consequences is less anticipated but if the stone gets dislodged into the common bile duct you me developed obstructive jaundice so it is better you get operated and get your gallbladder removed before you develop any serious pain

Actibile won't dissolve gall stones U it's symptomatic treatment is removal of gall bladder

Gall bladder stones doesn't cause frequent urination and UTI. GB stones cause upper abdominal pain after food,  frequency of pain may vary. If you have Gall bladder stones causing symptoms,  then surgery is the best option. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is standard treatment
