  4. Hepatitis b viral load result. For it?

Hepatitis b viral load result
My hep b quantitative DNA test value is 189 iu/ml and 2.8 log. Can anyone suggest what should I do next and how to lower this viral load so that I can take a vaccine for it? I will consult with the doctor who will give genuine advice for this only
