Hii doc, my 13 year old brother had abdomen pain sooo consulted docter he said to perform an ultrasound

He Is having 7.2mm gallstone, he is having pain while bending or while travelling
Kindly Suggest what to do next any alternative for surgery any medicine for disolving the same.
