Is it possible to treat intestinal infection causing inflammation with probiotics (eragut) as one doctor said not to have antibiotics will things get fine as I got my cect scan which tells: Mucosal folding thickening involving the jejunal and ileal loop with few subcentimeter sized mesentreric lymphnodes of size 9×7mm- possibly non specific jejunoilitis

Is mild non specific ileitis serious ? PT has abdominal pain. TB biopsy negative. Does this cause pain.

Hi doctor, I have done my ultrasound in that report summary is Coarse Echo texture of liver and smooth contour and no focal parenchymal lesion noted. Please suggest me what is my problem and I have consulted doctor he said nothing to worry and gave one tablet for pain am getting in the right side of stomach.

MRI shows enhanced right perirectal nodes with wall thickening of rectum and sigmoid colon . Patient has severe lower abdomen pain since 2 years . Could this mean colorectal cancer or just ibd , kindly clarify , how to differentiated both

My SGOT is 19.2 and SGPT is 8.9 from my recent LFT. However the ratio SgOT/SGPT is 2.1. Total Cholesterol is 209, LDL is 140 and HDL is 59 Please advise
