Is it okay to take calcium supplement and zinc + vitamin C tablet while taking metronidazole antibiotic tablet for diarrhea with blood due to amoebiasis and h pylori bacteria.

Good morning sir/madam, my husband had undergone fistula surgery twice in year 2020 but no allopathic treatment worked out finally he has done kshara sutra then the fistula they removed completely but sometimes he has on and off pain also the wound is still not closed does it take so many years for the wound to get healed completely? Also he has some leakage along with the pain what it's worrisome for us how can we heal it completely thank you

My Mother was a hypertension patient in 2017-18 and took hypertension pills such as Nebicard and Roseday. Then gradually, her BP subsided through ayurvedic medicines and she left these 2 medicines. Gradually her LFT levels started rising over the years.Now in 2023, she has high elevated SGOT and SGPT Levels. SGOT- 123 , SGPT- 146. ESR-26. cholestrol LDL -132 and Non HDL cholestrol - 158. Hep A,B, C negative. Although, ELISA 63.07, ASMA Negative 1:40 .LKM Negative. Attached Ultrasound. Is there a correlation with BP? Doc says its Fatty Liver Grade 2 and completely reversible.And Fibroscan has 336 CAP, E 14.9 kpa. She has been prescribed medicines UDCA 450 mg and CIROSSAM 400 mg and advised to lose weight And told its grade 2-3 Fibrosis. I wanted to ask whether there is a direct correlation of heart and liver functions and we should run some other tests for heart and liver correlation like Doppler colour tests? as per my mother's case or not.

From last two days I am getting pain  half an inch above the navel area after eating food and drinking water. 3 days back I took a little heavy oily food and I drank continuous soft drinks( thums up and coke)  for almost 5 days.

I have burning sensations in chest and sometimes in back of neck and shoulders. It generally happens after I skip meal or eat spicy food. Pain in chest is also observed on regular basis. What can be the reason for that as it is happening from past 15 days..

Diagnosed as Chrons, ulcers did not heal with Pentasa & Budez CR. Subsequently put on Adfrar for last 10 months. Still capsule endoscopy reveal presence of ulcers in jejunum and ileum. But I am not experiencing any major symptoms like abdomen pain or loose stool or fever. Hemoglobin content is 14.6 Any treatment for ulcers healing is available or big Gastroenterology hospital may help. Expert advice please.

I am 32years old..from 2weeks I have been suffering from dysentry...I having stomach cramps..and having dycentry 2 to 3times a day...for this I started taking flagyl 400 2times for 5days previously prescribed by doctor...my question is do I need take this medicine for 5days...or can i stop taking it...or can reduce the dose..pls suggest...I already took it for one day..
