Can an injury to stomach causes cancer in intestine and can it be seen with the help of ct abdomen or not??

I used to have diarrhoea continuously before for a lon time and now i constantly suffer from constipation. Can there be a underlying problem. What tests to perform to determine the problem.

Can you have detect injury inside small intestine and large intestine through ct scan?? Also if you have injury inside intestine can you feel if press on stomach..

I developed external piles last year and i have tried allopathic treatment that initially worked but problem was coming back. I switched to homeopathy last month but the frequency of recurrence has rather increased which is worrying me more. I don't have any prolonged pain but it bleeds a few drops from time to time when stool is slightly hard or there are hard parts. I don't want surgery or any invasive procedure, so i tried homeopathy but it seems to have aggravated the situation. I am having constinil drops twice a day,(10drops) Ratania 5 drops a day and aesculus 5 drops a day. What should I do i am very upset and worried.

It was my 4th day of periods, on and off i always had mild pain during these days. But suddenly in the 4th day morning i had severe pain in lower abdomen. So i rushed myself in the emergency ward. They gave me Gastric and pain killer medication to which i got relaxed. Then the next moment i did the whole abdomen ultrasound to which it was found that my colon was loaded.  Even now when i try doing loo with bit pressure the lower abdomen pains a bit. Can someone please tell me if it is serious? I have no other symptoms except pain since 1day

Hello, I've gone through endoscopy 3 months ago and diagnosed with H pylori infection and small ulcers. I have gone through all treatment. And was feeling better . But since 15 days im having severe epigastric pain, i have visited hospital and gone through endoscopy again. Doctor said it's normal. im following all dietary changes given by doctor, but still pain is there

6 months before in LFT and LP  sgot - 89 , sgpt-106 , Triglycerides- 226 now again done LFT and LP sgot - 75 , Sgpt - 89 , Triglycerides -196 .I am a non alcoholic, non smoker,non diabetic person , thyroid test is normal. Weight -78 .what should I do now please suggest.

I had a fistula surgery two days ago and notice that there's constant discharge of some sort of fluid that's not blood or puss. Is this normal or should I be worried of incontinence?

I am a 20 year old female. I have consistent loose stools since months not watery some days they are mushy some days they are small pieces some days they are proper some times they are cloudish. I sometimes rarely get some red colour or maybe red coated stool too I have no stomach pain or abdominal pain or any discomfort accompanying. Hello Doctors. I have having dull pain near upper right abdomen that comes and goes. Pain sometimes Goes to lower abdomen sometime to chest. Last year in 2022 June I had my ultrasound  but report was normal. So is it something to worry ? Or is everything normal ? Kindly guide.
