Dear Doctor, My father's recent blood test reports indicated SGOT value of 29 U/L, SGPT value of 66 U/L, WBC count of 12700 per uL, and Platelets count of 457 thou/uL. All other values are normal in the report of CBC, thyroid, KFT, LFT, DDIMER, PT/INR, Hba1c. What could this be indicative of, is this SGPT value too high to be considered something dangerous with liver going on or some minor infection in liver?

Hereby I am attaching my abdomen and pelvis ultrasound report. Please tell the condition of my liver is it showing normal or anything else? (Non alcoholic , non smoker, non diabetic, weight -79.7 kg , height - 5.7 feet)

My baby is having high igA level. IgE is 6.85iu/ml.  Other LFT report is within the range except triglyceride is 185 mg/dL. His TSH is 7.78. Is this  serious??? Please answer.

I used to be very healthy before covid in 2020 Oct. After that I lost 15 kg(gradual decrease-1kg/2month) in 2 years. I am having haemorrhoids type symptoms since last year Feb 2022..never had bleeding in stools but mostly had constipation for 1 -2 days and then passed stool mushy type ..this cycle of constipation and mushy stool continued for 1 year till 2023 Feb . If I don't , it doesn't get clean because the shape of my anus is somewhat distorted after covid .I have no pain in abdomen area but have frequent farts if I drink milk . I burb a lot if I eat citrus fruits or sour things... every is normal in blood report except eosinophils which is 8-9( have  history of elevated esonophils 6-7 since birth) hsCRP-0.45 ;haemoglobin -15 ;kft normal;sgpt-61

For how long wilac probiotic and prebiotic capsule should be taken after 14 day rifaximin course. Doctor prescribe wilac with rifaximin at night ome capsule. Rifagut course done and its my 20th day on wilac capsule.

I have 0.25cm gallstone at gallbladder neck, I am breastfeeding mother of 4 months old baby, i don't have any abdominal pain, only sometimes I feel gas problem and then some pain in exact middle at end of chest and back of right shoulder , do I need surgery?? Please help as I don't want any surgery just after my Ceaserian delivery.
