Good afternoon Dr I have been diagnosed with chronic FISSURE last week...i want to know that CAN FISSURE do obstructed defamation???

I hav dull pain in end of rib cage in centre after 2 hours of eating.crp,cbc,tsh normal in value.I hav IBS from 3 years  endoscopy, colonoscopy with biopsy are normal..monthly or 2 months I hav 4 times semi solid,soft stool with mucus and every time gas passing through anus 8 -10times per day some times bad smell comes 1month back i hav 3 timex stool in morning with yello mucus mixing  little drop blood around semi solid stool,back pain.these are symptoms of aIBS or not. iDoctor give some medicines and suggested to do lab test?when I test?can I fasting to given blood to test?attached lab investigation

Namaste Doctors I have been diagnosed external piles..my anus has two lumps...i Don't have pain..But whenever i poop i feel something is STOPPING my poop...DO EXTERNAL PILES can do small diameter of Anus??

I was unable to attend the college for a week due to food poisoning from 24 March to 31 march and due to which my attendance is very short,need a medical certificate and doctor certificate so that I can attach the file and it will help me for my attendance issue..

Hello Doctors M 32 yr old women today I had Two colour of stool..The first brown colour stool came out then yellow stool came n there was little belly pain too ..what is the causes of Yellow+brown stool... Yesterday I ate some chocolates too...

Dear Sir/Madam, I feel heavy Stomach after meal or before meal also, burping & farting most of the time & morning my stool is incomplete, is less then general and not having happiness of empty stomach, Once I consulted to one doctor, what I felt when I ate the Vitamin C medecine prescribed by him then I started having good stool, but again I had to ate medecine for baby as we were planning the same, stomach back to that incomplete state again, just wanted to know that what is the main issue with me, Acidity, Dyspepsia, Bloating, what I am suffering from ? kindly suggest.

I have been diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 I use to drink a lot of alcohol so one of my friend has adviced me to do a ultrasound test and fibro scan test. I have done please check my report is it normal or serious or what I should do next and diet measures. Thnx in advance. Reports attached
