Took ecg echo tmt no heart issue. Pain in chest sometimes upperback, sometimes hand. If i take pentab dsr it goes away. If i eat home food and  i take buttermilk there is no issue.if i eat any outside food above problem raising.Is it good to take pentab frequently? Due to fear of that pain i want to take this medicine frequently

I was having stomach pain 2 years ago ...went to the doctor he gave ppi for 15 days ...after 2 months again pain ..then he gave ppi for 30 days ..again started having pain after some months and took ppi for some days without going to the doctor ...since then I don't get pain .. except very few times ..but my poop since then is little dark than usual and having a weird smell ..it varies but this thing continues ..is there any thing to be concern ...and my vitamins levels are low ..

I had my hemorrhoids operated a year back after 2months I started having chronic diarrhea and fecal incontinence after visiting two gastroenterologist I was diagnosed and told I may have ibs d but now the doctor wants to do colonoscopy as all my others reports were normal this problem comes as flare up I am fine few months and few months I am scared to step out of house it has compromised my social life completely I have two kids but not able to go out and even have Good time with them I am managing with immodium and meva c tablet when I get flare ups was the operation cause of this or as doctors tell stress I am confused also scared to do colonoscopy as it may cause more trouble pls help.

Hi good morning Dr I m having blood in my stool for a month blood coming regularly in small quantity with bright fresh red.. There are some irritation in my lower stomach whenever blood comes..guide me SIR PLEASE M fearing of colon cancer 🥺

Having dizziness and vomiting midnight between 2-3 am since 1 month but earlier I use to get giddiness once in a while since last 6-8 months. I have diagnosed with below list of lab test but doctor couldn't find the root cause. 1. Ent- audiometry test and physical examined- confirmed no vertigo. 2. Ophthalmologist-eye are normal. 3.cardiology -tmt and echo - confirmed all normal. 4. Neurology - brain and spine mri done - confirmed no problem with brain and vertigo. 5.gastroenterology- endoscopy done, no problem with gastric issues. 6. General physician - all blood test done, all vitamin and other results are correct, since last 6 month managing with diet,if I skip dinner it all we be all ok, if I have dinner or any light masala food I will get nausea dizziness and vomiting in midnight (only for dinner) if I have spicy food for lunch nothing will happen it happens only for dinner suprisingly.

From last 3 days my husband having recurring high fever   on /off severe headaches  high bp  blood reports shows high crp 86 with no elevated wbc but elevated  Sgpt 128 Sgot Alkaline is 128 Ggtp 134 ,splenomegaly and milf infiltration of fatty liver. Dengue, malaria, typhoid all showed negative Please advice if anything serious What could be reason Anything infection but wbc count is normal, why high crp & on off fever.

I have done ultrasound for abdomen All are normal But liver will be.fatty liver I have prescribed hepatagon for one month I have improve appiete After stop the medicine My stool become yellowish And constipation. I am confused sir I have low bile ? Any cure my problem Pls suggest any medicine

Is it normal in stool I had symptoms like IBS And it's better on following IBS diet I sent the fungal culture Showed this report What is the medication I can take Should I take any Is it normal in obese patient

Hi , My SGPT is 235 and SGOT is 177 and i was drink alcohol thrice in week but from last 20 days I quit post that i tested but still parameters is so High and one more last month i observed blood in my dung. Please suggest Thanks

I am taking rbtias tablet and zosert 50 , etialum 20 for anxiety but i feeling burping alot i also infected with h pylori i not understand what to do
