My age is 23... I am facing chest discomfort, mild pain sometimes at left side chest for past 2 months  ... I consult cardiologist he done ECG, 2D echo, and TMT tests which is normal 20 days back ... He told me gastric problem...he prescribed me medicines for gastric... Since I am using those medicines I got relief... Again from past 3 days I am facing symptoms again.. can I continue medicines or I need to change it... Can gas cause chest pain at left side??? Plz suggest me

My daughter is 23yr old, a yr ago she had upper abdomen pain and was given medicine for acidity and was under pagero40 mg and mucaine gel for 3 months ,her pain subsided,2months back again she had pain and was again on the same medicine and kept ok.2 weeks back she had pain after food in her lower abdomen..3days back she had severe lower abdomen pain with mouth sore and 2 episode of diarrhoea...she was referred to gastroenterology and there ultrasound of abdomen for suspected appendicitis,stools and urine test taken...normal results with slight polycystic morphology changes in both ovaries,we consulted gynaecology and she told no problem...gastro Dr. Prescribed Cizaspa and sompraz40,She took only 1tablet each and her pain subsided completely,now she's ok.My question is what would have been the cause of pain,since she in hostel and taking outside food ,i wanted to know the reason behind the severe pain ,now she is not under any medication.no mouth sore too.kindly reply.

Hi, I have done my endoscopy and the result is attached. Here are the impressions - 1- les at 38 cm from incisors. Lax les 2- Mild antral hyperaemia seen. 3- Decrased number and height of duodenal folds with scalloping .Biopsy taken for HPE. 4- Antral gastritis I am little worried as the doctor asked me for biopsy and said to wait for its results. Also, he suggested IgA anti ttg blood test. I was taking nexpro l medicine before and he asked to wait until biopsy result is released. Please tell what does that mean.

Hello Madam /Sir, It's been almost 2 months since gallbladder surgery ,my mom is still suffer mild to moderate pain in the gallbladder side, also 3 times she got severe acidity reflux while travelling, i contact surgeon and they said it's PCM, she is recovering well, only concern is pain and severe acidity reflux while travelling .also the LFT result is high Plz suggest, is it concerning?

I had my staple hemorrhoids surgery along with lateral internal spintrotomy for posterior fissure 3 days ago. however still feeling sharp pain while passing gas and stool. The stool also coming out while passing gas. I'm taking pcm 1 gram as painkiller thrice a day along with antibiotics and laxative. My question is how long this pain and  incontinence lasts? (Just to add my colonoscopy, MRI peri anum all are normal. )
