Please help me , Whatever am eating there is a huge gas formation without pain. And there is a huge dizziness. How can i stop it ???. What is its primary cause?

I m suffering from bloating gas acidity diarrhea constipation since 12 yrs lost so much weight ...recently diagnosed with disc bulge also having mentrual prbs and some allergies .....so plz tell me my actual diagnosis i had done colonoscopy and endoscopy bt i m not getting that i have ibs or uc or chrohns disease?? this are my 2 reports old and new OLD REPORTS :  (2018) ENDOSCOPY - Esophagus - Erythema lower esophagus, lax hiatal opening. Stomach -Antral erosions Duodenum - Erosions Impression :-Reflux esophagitis, Antral gastritis, Duodenitis NEW REPORTS :( 2022 ) ENDOSCOPY - Esophagus - normal mucosa duodenum - Normal mucosa Stomach - lax hiatus , antral erosions diagnosis - gastric erosion COLONOSCOPY - Mucosal abnormality : Tl erosions ,  Colonic mucosa was normal Biopsy : from TI for HPE Diagnosis - TI Erosions So am i having IBS or UC or CD??

I had my abdomen ultrasound yesterday and it's showing hepatomegaly with fatty liver. I need to know that it's can be of cancer or just a normal thing because of outside food and alcohol and how I can know if it's cancer or not.

Please check my fathers report He did a MriCp which doctors suggested as he had sudden abdominal pain

I had done ultrasound yesterday and it's show mild hepatomegaly with fatty acid. Can it is of the cancer or sone other reason I also have kidney stone of 5.7mm as well. Should I go for MRI to check it's of any cancer or it's of oily food. Pleas let me know about it if anyone could help on this ?

Can a blockage in upper Gi cause dizziness? As when i wake up i feel dizzy amd there is a lot of gas formation .But after having my breakfast as the gas passes the dizziness subsides. But in morning the gas doesnr pass easily

I was a alcoholic and I use 2 drank on regular basis but it's been two days since I have left alcohol and I also use to chew gutka around 10 15 packet but since 2 days I am facing little pain in my stomach in early morning and also in day time and I have to go to toilet 3 4 times and after taking meal and stool is semi normal and broken with foam type mucus and some time pure liquid or Sami solid so what should I do and I have taking medicine for anxity kindly suggest why I am facing such kind of problem and what should I do.
