Not having food since 15 days,. Vomiting even drink water, fever, abdominal pain , got cect scan of abdomen. Please tell is there any tuberculosis in ct scan

Good Morning Sir/Madam.My father is vomiting almost 3 2-3 times in every hour.And is continuosly getting an urge to vomit.He is currently admitted in hospital as doctor told to pump water to him .And after blood test,we came to know that he has LIVER INFECTION.(He does not drink or smoke at all).He also faced same condition few months back.That time ,he ate samosas.This time he ate chowmein. Sir/Madam,please help me with this, by telling: 1)What to do? 2)What to avoid? 3)What should be the precautions

Last year he got abdominal pain and lose stool urgently to be defecated. In stool test revealed blood and Entamoeba coli. Doctor give metronidazole and ppi. Two month later again did stool test and blood rbc was negative.But entamoeba coli was there in one sample of 2 consecutive days Till then no watery or losely form stools but sometimes upper abdominal discomfort with farting and stomach growling present intermittently. USG normal. Lost weight 2 kg. What can be done to be cured? Now he dont take any medicine.
