  4. Stool issue. By 10pm will be that ok?

Hi Doctor, Since 2 days I am not able to release the stool. When I try to go for washroom not able to release it. Taken Creamfin syrup today at 6PM but no use, can I take the dulcoflex tablet by 10PM will be that ok? Or it is harmful to take it on same day. Please suggest anything where I can make my stool easier to release and empty my stomach, Please help.

impacted stool may be there. go to a general surgeon for examination.  dont overload with laxatives when there is obstruction
