Pain and burning sense blw left rib cage

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Dear Doctor, Friend of mine is feeling pain and burning sensasion below left rib cage, and alcoholic. Drinking from past 15 years minimum. And unwilling to quit drinking. Can u please look at attached the reports and plz suggest and how serious is this.

Fatty infiltration is there in the liver. Not much damage in USG.Need to do few blood reports and fibroscan to be sure. Consult a Gastroenterologist.
