I saw bright red blood in stool today. I had to force it out as the pressure wasn't enough. I guess it happened because of that but recently, I am noticing irregular bowels. It's usually loose and doesn't have any shape. It's been happening from past one month. I am concerned about these irregularities. Should I get some tests done?

My Dr has given me cintapro but he still asked me to continue with my ayurvedic medicine also since that is also giving me good relief, so is there any problem that i take cintapro first and after food i m taking a ayurvedic gas tablet, pls suggest me Doctors

I am noticing red spots in my stool from 2-3 yrs. had stool occult blood test it came negative. Now I had colonoscopy it was also clear. But I feel like the stool is impacted and when I pass the stool sometimes diarrhoea is there. But my colonoscopy was clear. Do I need to have a colonoscopy from other doctor? No biopsies we're taken during colonoscopy as doctor said he didn't find anything.

Hello, I have borderline sufficient b12 level (238 pg/mL; 176 pmol/L) but at the same time high ALT level (69 U/L; 1.15 ukat/L) and ultrasound shows no damage to liver but slightly fatty (I am myself a little bit fat). What is going on? Are the two related? / SUMMARY: alt (sgpt) & rbc & mcv & mch & monocytes levels all of them are higher than ideal.

I was having heaviness in right lower abdomen these days, went for physical examination. Doctor had given test for USG and CBC, CBC is showing light infection but in USG the report is showing "multiple foci calcification noted in right lobe of liver- p/o old healed granulomas. Liver appears in normal size and echopattern. No dilated IBHR seen and CBD appears normal. Except this issue all other things are normal in USG. Doctors please suggest me something about this condition. Am i facing any serious issue?.
