When the doctors say to peptic ulcer patient and to duodenal ulcer patient to perform endoscopy after eight weeks . So is it mean to do endoscopy eight weeks after treatment or it mean eights weeks after starting a treatment ?

depends. if the ulcers are more, to see the prognosis dr may do in between the treatment also. there is no harm to do in between or after the treatment. purely treatment doctor opinion.
