Peptic Ulcer
Hi, my Ent doctor suggest ugi endoscopy for throat pain. During endoscopy my Gastroenterologist detect peptic ulcer but he did not do any biopsy or H. pylori infection test. I do not have any symptoms for ulcer  . He ( gastroenterologist ) gave me pantocid hp, hepagress, a-z gold, esogress. My tsh, blood sugar , urine , and whole abdomen ultrasound is normal but slightly high lipid profile. I took claribid 500 antibiotic 1 week ago for throat pain. My question is should I concern for not doing biopsy or is it normal ? Should I go other medical centre for biopsy ?                 Feeling tensed cause one of my relative ugi endoscopy other doctor perform biopsy . I am also HOCM patient for that I take prolomet xl 25 morning and night two times. P.S. other medical center is 200 km away from my home
