Hello doctor my hight is 5 feet 10 inches age is 35 years weight is 80 kg For the last 15 days, from the navel to the tip of the chest, there is mild pain all over the stomach, intermittently, the stomach also remains very tight, there is motion once a day, gas is produced, I take pantop d. But there is no difference, LFT was done, the report has come normal. Mild pain and tight feeling in the upper part of the abdomen (slightly below the chest) what should I do?

Hello Am a female and have a persistence left side abdominal pain near the waist and lower ribs and also sometime lower side also, there is no constipation i passout regularly and once I do so the pain is reduced but again it starts once I eat something ... Please suggest

I have been noticing few red spots in my stool from so 3-4 years. I don't know whether it is blood or not because it is mixed in stool. I had stool occult blood test done 2 times on alternative days. It came negative. I wanted to know what if the sample that i gave to test was not having those red spots. What should I do? Do I have to do any other test?

I used to drink alcohol quite often but I have left since a month now am diagnosed with fatty liver grade-1 so how to cure the fatty liver grade-1 permanently.

I feel that a tissue size upto 0.8 cm is coming out from my anus. It used to be half in size few months back. I though it would be recover if I change my diet. I search it on internet and found out that it might be "rectum prolapse", please suggest me something. Whether I need to undergo surgery or medications can treat it?

I have increased liver enzymes ( SGOT,SGPT around two times). So advised fibroscan and in result score is 8.1 kpa. Also fatty liver grade 2. I dont have any other medical condition. Also non drinker. No major symptoms noticed apart from vey light pain in right side of lower stmc and changed bowl habbit once or twice in week or two. My height is 174cm and wt is 86kg as of now. Doc prescribed vitamin E twice and udiliv 300 twice along with lifestyle changes. My question - how to get back to normal? Is this condition curable and course of action is correct or not ??

I have high billiburin since 2.5 years.its range is 1.41mg\dl.doctors didnt put me into medication because its littile high.But i have always yellow urine and high cholestrole for more than 3 years .i have done ultrasound its normal.cholestrol is the main reason of my mild hypertension i think.i have never smoked or drinked.today the doctor told u have mild jundice bt my eyes are not yellowish.what should i do i am just tired of searching for the reason of yellow urine high billiburine and high cholestrol.🙏

Hi Doctor, I am undergoing diagnosis from fatty liver grade 2 heptomegaly from 1 and half month with bylipsa and Evitol medicines. Recent LFT shows improvement in sgpt . From more than 100 now it is under 30.I am also doing exercise regularly now. But still sometimes I feel pinch pain for few seconds may be because of inflammation. how much it will take to reduce inflammation and what more can I add in my diet in routine to reverse this inflammation.
