LFT report enquiry
My individual sgpt and sgot values are 11 and 21 respectively, but my sgot/sgpt ratio is 1.91. Is there anything to worry about? What should I do?

Increased SGPT indicative of?
Dear Doctor,
My father's recent blood test reports indicated SGOT value of 29 U/L,
SGPT value of 66 U/L,
WBC count of 12700 per uL, and
Platelets count of 457 thou/uL.
All other values are normal in the report of CBC, thyroid, KFT, LFT, DDIMER, PT/INR, Hba1c.
What could this be indicative of, is this SGPT value too high to be considered something dangerous with liver going on or some minor infection in liver?
