My doctor prescribed me rifagut 550 morning and night and wilac for 10 days for diarrhoea symptoms.can i take milk atnight before bed as i used to drinking milk from childhood.my lft amd ultrasound is normal.

Anus swelling no symptoms. only fells something outside my anus . plz sugeest no symptoms like burning itching bleeding .

I did endoscopy its says mild lax les what does it means can it be cured and how to fix it without medication

Hello team swelling on anus . no symptoms no bleeding no itching no burning . but fell uncomfertable when riding bike ,playing even walk. feeling something outside my anus . i attch photo plzz tell me what is this .

I got liver profile test in September last year and in February this year. On both reports, Alkaline phosphate was around 300. However other parameters on both liver function test were normal. I also got stomach ultra sound on 18th March last month. The report result says, "Hepatic Fatty infiltration grade 2", needs correlation LFT" I do not eat non veg and do not drink alcohol. Question 1: is it a dangerous situation and irreversible? Question 2 : Can I treat it with diet and excercise? Or need to take allopathy tablets? Question 3: Can i take apple cider vinegar empty stomach daily in morning? Will it have any side effect? Question 4 :  I am also suffering with grave hyperthyroid and Atrial Fibrillation for 29 months and taking daily blood thinners, BP tablets, thyroid tablets and daily take pantocid in morning.  Does these tablets have any side affect which caused fatty liver Kindly answer all 4 questions.

I had an endoscopy yesterday with anesthesia but after coming back home i had high fever and vomoiting at night why is it happening after the test

Should i take gasssanol syrup which contains bismuth citrate and brlladona dry extract in a regular basis??

I've been diagnosed with stomach TB and intestinal swelling I've been started on AKT 4 medicine for a month since the treatment i get really horrible stomach pain and gastritis, constipation This has effected my food intake causing me to lose weight on asking my doctor all he says you have to bare it, it happens. is there some medicine that can be taken for the pain and gas issue which  i have almost everyday

Hlo sir . i have swelling in my anus area last 1 week. no pain no itching no bleeding . a little lump also swollen . sometime i feel urge to go bowel movment. i am using pilex ointment . plzz suggest what is this . feel discomfrt when playing or riding bike . thank you
