I generally pass motion one time a day but from 15days i have been passing three to four times a day and I'm having burning sensation while passing the stool... And the stool is not watery or not hard Is it common to pass 3-4 times a day .. Please suggest

Hello Doctor My general physician doctor prescribed pantocid dsr tablet for gastric issues 15 days daily once & My gynic prescribed pan d for 15 days daily once , after abortion Will it cause any side effects...for using 30 days...long term.. Im still facing gas problem if I don't use tablet How to resolve my gas problem without using any tablet ? Thank you
