I got whole abdomen ultra sound last week and on the report it says, "Diffuse increased parenchyma reflectivity".  What does it means?It also  shows Grade 2 fatty liver in the film.

Just got the reports of a Health Check up. Pasting some results here - SGPT - 77 SGOT - 37 LDL cholesterol - 119 Ultrasound says - Grade1 Fatty liver I am a bit concerned. Can you please suggest what should be done next?

I underwent appendectomy recently in which the tuberculosis was suggestive with negative AFB test. I have had the history of abdominal pain since 4 years. Dr, I have a problem of blood in stools I have seen it last year some days very small quantity mixed with stools.now from last 2 days l have seen blood in stool and some blood coming at ending of stool also in toilet. Before this blood in stool I have constipation from two days.after that 2 days I have no constipation but I have seen blood. I have no pain passing stools. Small dull stomach pain and buttock pain in right side in some times. Please suggest me the reason for this

Hello Doctors On 26th Nov 2022 i had a pin type chest pain with no other symptoms i went to Cardiologist he ran many test and 2D ECHO, XRAY, 2 TIMES ECG but everything come normal, but i am still having needle type chest pain. I was over weight 100 kg and i had reduced to 85 kg but still no improvement so I consulted another cardiologist he said I am having Anixety issue for which he gave me CIPLAR 10 mg but sometime still I have chest pain with burping all the time and passing gas and constipation i am totally fed up as i am not able to concentrate on my daily work please suggest whom shld i consult

Sir, in last report my platelet count found 413000, i always feel. inflammation in my body. I feel tired and my weight is reducing gradually. Since last six months weight is reduced to 72-67 kg. Feel too much tired always, i have GERD since 3-4 years taking pentocid since 3 year
