Sir from two days i took nexpro rd 40 regularly bt when i take small meal i get upper abdomen heavy and full...what to do sir?

Good evening sir,  my mother is suffering from intestine TB since 9 months.At that time she had a problem of stomach pain.she got relief from pain as soon as the treatment started.The doctor said that the treatment would last for 9 months.Everything was fine for 6 months.But after that for 2 months she again started complaining of stomach pain.At the same time, she feels nauseated and gas is formed in the stomach.Treatment is going on but stomach pain is not going away.Sir give some advice what should we do?

3 months ago I have done endoscopy in which pangastritis and dueodnitis was there. So, should I go again for it, because I am having problem in swallowing? And upper back pain.

Why there is weight loss in gastrities whats the reason is it permanent or i can re gain weight once it cure
