Hello I diagnosed with Gr A Esophagitis and Few Erosion seen in Duodenum as per GI Endoscopy doc order for USG abdomen no abnormal was found on 2019. I always have acidity and Burning sensation near stomach problem and have gases will it is serious issue or reoccurs again no habits of drinking and smoking no sugar no bp but I eat desserts and fast foods

I was diagnosed diabetes 2yrs back ... Now hba1c came down to 7.3, my avg sugar is 160. A year back started facing loose motion, motion after food tat too loose stool, loose stool with mucous. But I went for treatment only 6months ago ... I was first treated with some antibiotics with somprez D. Symptoms reduced ... Now occassionally having loose stools..no mucous and all ... Due to diabetes having numbness in my foot which was also feeling better now .. previously i was under homeopathy medication for diabetes... But a month ago, I switched to allopathy, prescribed Increten M, Zincovit, Pragatin. Today I did a blood test for lipid profile, LFT, RFT, CBC, hba1c, Lipase, Amylase.. Can anyone tell me wats wrong with my blood test reports, here I attached my report... Please 🥺😒

Liver in normal span there is e/o multiple tiny hypointense lession scattered at both lobes of liver largest is at right lobe of segment vlll 18.6*16.3 mm in size.cect inartrial dominant phase revels intense nodular enhancement which appears to be discontinous and centripetal in nature s/o multiple carvenous hemangioma intraheptic biliary radicles appear normal Bilateral extrarenal flabby pelvis seen Stomach back and side pain is there and feeling full after eating ..is these reports are normal
