Iam facing problem of pain during going to poop and see blood also 2 to 3 times. Iam facing this problem since 3 months. Pain is severe for some days and no pain for some days. What should I do?

Hi, i did a renal Ftest and UT Scan yesterday for creatinine level issue and found the creatinine level was good and no issues with my kidneys function. During the test SGPT level was found 106 with level 1 Fatty liver. What are the other tests that I have to take along with medicines. Please advise. I used to drink alcohol thrice a week earlier for quite a long time.

So I had a gall bladder surgery in December and now after 4 months I had an ultrasound this came up. Is this serious ? LIVER: 14.3cms, normal in size and echotexture. No focal lesions noted. No intra hepatic biliary dilatation. CBD appearS normal in course and calibre. Main portal vein- normal calibre and shows hepatopetal flow. Segment-VI branch of portal vein shows decreased calibre showing no color flow uptake - chronic thrombosis.

Continuous vomit, gastric problem, and liquid laterine. Stomach pain also happening It is happening last 2 days.

From last 2 month's im facing episode of excessive gas , then lot of burping, breathlessness, fainting When first time this happened I checked everything about heart and ecg , stress was positive so doc did angiography which was nill, So i went to physician he gave me rabemac 20 , racifact syrup ...i started feeling better but again one day same happened So then i went to gastroenterology expert He did endoscopy told me that i have gerd and h pylori positive nd gave tab like nextpro fast 40, zapiz , domestal I again started feeling good but after some day same thing happen... please help me i am tired of this..i don't vomit don't have blood in stool but after medication i feel pressure so many times in day but i cant poop its like its there but i cant get it out,not cramping , only thing is all of sudden one day my stomach gets full of gas, continue burp , i loose my consciousness, i get scared a lot
