Hello Doctors On 26th Nov 2022 i had a pin type chest pain with no other symptoms i went to Cardiologist he ran many test and 2D ECHO, XRAY, 2 TIMES ECG but everything come normal, but i am still having needle type chest pain. I was over weight 100 kg and i had reduced to 85 kg but still no improvement so I consulted another cardiologist he said I am having Anixety issue for which he gave me CIPLAR 10 mg but sometime still I have chest pain with burping all the time and passing gas and constipation i am totally fed up as i am not able to concentrate on my daily work please suggest whom shld i consult

Sir, in last report my platelet count found 413000, i always feel. inflammation in my body. I feel tired and my weight is reducing gradually. Since last six months weight is reduced to 72-67 kg. Feel too much tired always, i have GERD since 3-4 years taking pentocid since 3 year

I have pain in my chest near sternum and pain only occurs at night and i also feel something under my right rib cage during the chest pain

Dear Doctors, I am having symptoms of gastritis from last 15 days I done endoscopy 5 days before I diagnosed with hiatus hernia grade a oesophagitis and HUV + I started nephro kit treatment as well as sucrafel o gel I had done abdomen ultrasound all ok except grade a fatty liver i have hiatus hernia from 2018 i m taking omez 20 daily since that time . my main question is I am having nausea feeling after endoscopy before that I didn't had that some times bloating and pain also but as soon gas pass pain goes does it bcoz of nephro kit medicines ?.. as well as in diet I m taking semi liquid diet  Can I take solid food diet or I need to wait till 2 weeks... please suggest me some more remedies I m having panic disorder also ... thanks
