My doctor advised me with RIFAGUT 550 two times a day for 10 days is it advisable to take this tablet for 10 days as Iam on my periods also

Sir, I have mild pain at the bottom of left side rib. Also left side back pain. No other issues.bowel and urine normal. Mild Pain is continuous from 6 days. Sometimes tingling sensation for a 4-5sec. Please let me know is there anything serious.

Today I got a Tetanus shot, however the medical practitioner while breaking the ampoule, cut his thumb. He wiped the blood on a cloth and immediately took the alcohol swab and applied the injection on my arm. He placed his finger to focus the needle while applying. That made me worried. Can I get Hepatitis B or C infection since his thumb was cut and some blood might be present on his finger or thumb? I had taken anti hepatitis B vaccine long back in 1999, then a booster 8 years after that since I took the (0,1,2) schedule of Engerix B vaccine. On September 2021, I had taken a Hepatitis B vaccine as a booster (as the person giving injection had put his finger on the needle). Kindly advise, if I should be worried?

I have urge and frequency high and more outside food I have more problem I have need from 2011 I have 4-8bowel movement a day no bloating pain gas acidity (few days only)but bowel frequency is high n urge too ...endoscopy normal suggestive of duodentitis .how to over come ibs being old is this ibd chron gerd.etc? Dr says only ibs no test needed met 7dr personally till date

I got my routine check up done recently.. my whole abdomen usg results were as follows Hepatomegaly with fatty changes grade I Probe tenderness + on right illiac region Distended gut. Post delivery I gained lot of weight n now I am obese and have frequent gas problems.  I am  trying to lose weight. My LFT is normal. Should I be concerned. Is it reversible with diet and exercise

For last 3 weeks I am having burning or warm shocks in my stomach for 2 to 3 seconds, for this I am feeling agitated can't concentrate on my work, there are no other symptoms ,I am feeling hungry as usual and no problem in passing stool. Pls hep
