Why after taking injection of vitamin d it is not increasing in my body. What is the cause of it? Pl. Help

Why I am having pain pain in below and between ribs. And shound is also coming from that area. And burning is also present. What is the cause?

Hello Doctor, My child had viral infection 20 days ago after 15 days he was complaining that he has some burp issue at night. I mean he said that the burp is not coming then I gave lanzol 15 mg , once in days for days but despite of this he was complaining the same only at night then I have visited at pediatrician he said that continue lanzol for 4 days more and he also added digene syrup. But again he is complaining the same. He don't have any stomach pain . He has good appetite at day time. What should I do now.he is complaining only after dinner. Bt recently he had lots of chocolate

Hii sir/ma'am I had blood in my stool from yesterday..the stool was tomato sauce type...n blood was the surface of the stool... should I get checked or wait for another day...

Please help me with this problem. Actually i feel this every night while sleeping and early in the morning if i wake up early. I feel something has been stuck in my throat and chest region. Coughing occurs too much at that time. Chest throat pains a lot feels like someone is peeling my chest from inside . After some burps and nearly after 1 hr i get some relief. Is there any serious issue? Please help me with it i face this problem daily now a days. Earlier it was not that much.

Hii Practo I am having some liquid shape motion like the shape of "DAHI"..for 2 days worried abt colon cancer...

Patient with age 53 history of diabetes hypertension..since 8-10 yrs . History of recurrent acute pancreatitis 7 times in last 15+ years ..mrcp shows pancreatic divisum and psedocyst simple in 2021 . followed by Eus 10 days after shows. Less changes of chronic pancreatitis  in head and body calcification pd is prominent. Pancreatitic divisum . No mass or lesion seen..patient was put on creon 25k bd for few months then now on pancreoflat enzyme bd n with other medications. Patient has no pain at all. Only gets pain when there is an attack. Last time she got attack in 2017 then few attacks in 2021( vd no hospital admission required). Plz suggest it that chronic pancreatitis or not .are enzymes necessary. There is difference bw two dm gastros one says it's not chronic other says it is. Both gastro told not to opt or go for ercp. Stent...some says it's since birth heridiaty pancreatitis...so kindly guide us.. thanks...

My stool is usually brown or sometimes yellow. But after passing motion th ecology of water in tiolet changes to stool colour . Does this indicate any problem?
