I have been diagnosed with h pylori and mild gerd that's what report says for which i took 14 days antibiotics after that i did. urea breath test which was negative but from few day i am facing heaviness in left chest like a heart attack and this heavyness stays for many days i am feed up with this since long i am doing weight loss and lifestyle change also but still same do i need surgery for mild gerd
i am attaching the endoscopy report..
