What it can be??????indigestion, ibd,gastroenteritis, crown disease????? No train travel local and metro in mumbai since urge too high n undercertain and untimely, in few minutes can have multi bowel movements

I have a strange question here. I was diagnosed with Peptic Ulser with H Pylori Positive. Taken HP Kit and under Veloz D PPI with Randidom o syrup and Digeraft syrup for 2 months. When i eat Hot Temp food, my tongue feels Sour/Bitter/Acid/Salt taste and don't know how to say and after two days random tooth becomes sensitivity. There is no issue in tooth and no cavity. Is this can be due to hyperacidity or some other reason. I dont have chest burn or throut Burns.

I have chronic anxiety disorder and was diagnosed with hookworm infection in 2015. I took antibiotics but in excess. I often get severe headache and vomiting if my stomach doesn't get clean. I had done endoscopy, colonoscopy, X-ray, ultrasound, stool culture test but all reports were normal. My doc diagnosed me with chronic constipation and dysnergia after anorectal test and advised me to have biofeedback therapy. Even if taking fiber powder, my symptoms occur when i don't stool. I'm very fed up because i'm not to enjoy my life. Is having antibiotics in excess made gut microbiomes disturbance or is it due to weak pelvic floor muscles? Should i have SIBO test?

I have a strange question here. I was diabetic and was taking Kerala red rice as adviced by one non sense doctor and was taking in a period of 1.5 years to control diabetes. Finally i stopped it because it creates so many digestive issues like excess gas, Pain, Poor digestion as i feel my stomach is not suitable for this red rice.
