Hi Doctor, I went under a sonography test for gasteric issues but while doing the sonography my reports showed " well defined anechoic cystic lesion (5.8×5.5x5.7 cm) Volume 98 cc with wall septations seen in spleen.
What does this indicates? Is it serious?
My blood report shows Neutrophlis shows toxic granules. Neutrophilis level is 45.
What does this means. Attaching few reports.
