I am having severe fatigue and unmotivated throughout the day and when i do some yogasana or pranayama i get headache so i got my tests done What supplement or inj should i take

Hi doctor, I am facing an issue. When ever i am lying down on left side after eating then i feel garling sound in stomach , gassy and then feel going loo. Once i complete loo...i feel better... If i seat straight after food, then there is no problem... Because of this i go motion multiple times in day... Stool is either solid or semi solid.. What should i do??

Hello I have a gastro releted problems in  Endoscopy found heperemia, upper and deodenum all. and also grade 1  fatty liver, 4.7mm kidney stone and urinary cystitis wall thickness7.7mm. but given lots of medicine intially pantocid HP kit. Levoflax, bacillus, urisol, stomach Burning more stopped by doctor given only antacid syrup. And told. Consult psychiatry. I consulted psychiatric but also no relief. I couldn't decide whom to consult general medicine, gastro, nephrology or psychiatry. my mouth souring. 4 years back I consulted psychiatry the same medicine given now but slightly changed. mouth burning.

I underwent endoscopy twice and i feel that 2nd time the endoscopist damaged my LES while doing endoscopy i.e. he made my Lower Esophageal Sphincter loose. Is it possible?? Can an endoscope harm the LES performance??

Whenever I travel my apettite goes down why its happen ..i am hypothyroid patient..like in home my apettite is ok but when travel some distance like vacation and all apettite does down..
