I have mild gerd in endoscopy

I am taking ppi plus antacid since 2 years no relieve my dr asked me for ARMA should i go for it is it successfull or harmful i am 100 kg weight age 28 height 174cm please guid me i am having left chest heavyness everyday whole day did heart check up all ok
