I have acidity problem as well as health anxiety. Only relief that I get is by taking any kind of Ppi. but again 7-10 days later rebound acidity occurs. I did USG which is normal. I don't experience dry cough, much regurgitation, throat lump, nausea or vomiting etc typical GERD symptoms, nor I get any sleep problems. I am trying to make lifestyle changes but not getting control over it because of my anxiety of choking while eating. I did belch a lot and get acidity for which i occasionally get heartburn and stomach burn and it disrupts my mental state a lot rather than physical. Please recommend some techniques or medicine. please dont recommend endoscopy because I don't want to go for that.

I am 20 year old female. I am having loose stools since monthss loose fluffy stools its been months since i am getting them. There is no pain or anything associated its just that i need to go to washroom 2 to 3 times a day. And it burns slightish before and during the bowel moments. Sometimes as soon as i eat something within sometime i get the urge to go to the washroom. What is this how do i get normal bowel moments

Hi I am suffering from lower ESOPHAGUS spinchter mucosa prolapse my age 27 I feel gagging while eating itself and feel a hard pain for few seconds in the upper abdomen , if I force to continue eating will end up in vomiting always feeling like gaging nausea befor eating and especially in the morning feeling stomach burn , I have consulted a specialist suggested some medicines , iam taking medicines for about 2 years still it is not controlled ,will  laproscopy would be a best option to cure , will it be cured .my weight also considerably loosing .

I hav IBS- D,ruled out 3 years back colonoscopy with biopsy, endoscopy,blood test normal.now I havupper stomach pain after 2 hours eating, blood in stool with pain occurs  2 times in 2months so Dr told to test  ,B12, crp,cbc all r normal .folic acid is low .fecal calprotein test is normal report or not ?can I suffering from IBD?

I was admitted in hospital couple of days back for vomitings and stomach pain. This is my endoscopy report. They have taken samples for biopsy and the biopsy reports are yet to come. Can you please tell what prolapse gastropathy is and what exactly this report says ?

Is it normal to have black stool ?I was suffering from diarrhoea and after some medication I start feeling abdomen discomfort and also black stool.

Doctor sir , my friend has gas problem from a long time and he is taking medicine but from last two year he has started pain in hand , head and leg but now from 1 month he has too much pain in whole body and pain happens different different places in different time like some time in head after pain happens in hand after pain happens in stomach and backside like this he can't sleep whole night and he is already taking medicine of gas problem but why this pain is happening .
